These are not yet the finished terms. Nova is pre-launch and not currently accepting paying customers. Binding terms of service — covering the subscription agreement, acceptable use, liability, refunds and governing law — are being prepared with external counsel and will replace this page before Nova takes its first payment. The summary below describes how the product is intended to work.
What Nova is
Nova is an AI assistant that joins your meetings, keeps a record of your spending, and answers questions with citations. It is provided by PrimeX Meta, Dubai, UAE.
What Nova is not
Nova is not a bank, a payment service, an accountant, or a lawyer. It records and alerts you about money — it cannot move it, and there is no payment rail in the product. Nothing Nova produces is financial, legal or tax advice.
Accuracy
Nova is built to cite its sources and to say when it doesn't know. It is still a language model and it can be wrong. Meeting transcripts can mishear. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the right to record a meeting you bring Nova into, and for the consent of the people in it. Nova announces itself and asks where the law requires it, but the obligation is yours.
- Don't use Nova to harass anyone, or to break the law.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
Subscription and cancellation
Nova is sold as a monthly or annual subscription with a 14-day trial that requires a card. You can cancel at any time. The precise billing, renewal and refund terms will be set out in the final version of this page.
