Who runs Nova

Nova is operated by Aman Kumar Singh, Dubai, for his own personal use. It is not offered to the public, and no other person's account is connected to it.

What Google data Nova uses

• Gmail (his own inboxes): new messages and their basic details (sender, subject, date), to summarize new mail for him and to prepare draft replies. Drafts are saved in his Gmail drafts; Nova does not send email by itself.
• Google Calendar (his own calendars): his events, to show his day, send him a morning brief, and add an event when he taps to accept one.

How the data is processed

• Nova runs on Aman's own computer. Mail and calendar data are processed there and are not stored on any server of Nova's.
• To write a summary or a draft, the needed text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API (an AI service), which returns the summary or draft. Under Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• Summaries, reminders and the morning brief are sent only to Aman, on his own Telegram.

What Nova never does

• It never sells, rents or shares Google data with anyone.
• It never uses Google data for advertising.
• It never uses Google data to develop, improve or train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
• It never lets any other person read Aman's Google data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Nova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and deleting data

Nova keeps only what it needs to do its work for Aman, on his own computer, and he can delete it at any time. Access to the Google accounts can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
