Nova does ordinary work by itself, all day. Five kinds of step wait for Aman, and his answer counts the same in Nova Desktop or on his phone. These are the rules, and every one of them is live today.
Nova's laptop is given over to it, so Nova can do real work there: the terminal, the files, the screens and the apps. We keep those abilities on and put guards beside them. The rules hold on every channel.
Only one person gives orders
Nova takes requests only from Aman. Strangers who message it on Telegram or WhatsApp get no reply. In a Google Meet, guests can ask questions and get answers, but they cannot make Nova do things. Words inside a web page, a mail or a file count as a stranger's words, never as a request.
The exact limits
Ordinary work runs without asking: research, drafts, files, code and reminders. Five kinds of step wait for Aman.
Needs his yes: anything that buys, pays, sends to other people, posts in public or deletes.
Asked by voice, Nova says out loud that it needs his authorization. A post on X goes one step further. Nova shows the exact text first, and Approve asks once more before anything is posted. A WhatsApp message to another person goes out only after his clear yes to the exact words.
His yes, on the dashboard or on his phone
Aman answers wherever he is. A yes in Nova Desktop counts as much as one on Telegram.
- When Nova uses its browser or the desktop: before it presses buy, pay, send, post or delete, a card asks first, with Yes, once and No. If no Nova window is showing, the same card reaches his phone.
- On Telegram: Nova's questions arrive as cards with buttons, so one tap answers.
- For X drafts: the Check card on the Social page and the Telegram card ask the same question, and whichever he taps first counts.

When Aman hands the tablet to guests, he switches on Showcase. Everything said or typed on the tablet then counts as a guest's, and anything that would act for him waits for his own tap on his phone.
A daily limit
Nova's own work has one daily limit, counted across every channel together. Past it, new work from Nova Desktop and the tablet waits for Aman's yes on the laptop. A running request, a meeting or a task in progress is never cut. Builds keep limits of their own.
Seen and stoppable
- Every page Nova opens and every button it presses is listed on the System page. While Nova uses its browser or the screen, a green band under the top bar says so.
- Nova's hands have a stop of their own, and only Aman can lift it.
- One command stops all of Nova's work at once. Another switches its microphone off from anywhere.

Kept, checked and watched
- Aman types his own sign-ins himself, never in a chat, and Nova never passes one on.
- Everything is backed up every night and checked file by file, and a restore has been rehearsed.
- A small watcher that does not depend on Nova's brain tells Aman on Telegram when something important is wrong: the brain is down, a backup is missing or a disk is nearly full.
What this means for you
Safety here is not a list of things Nova cannot do. It is a short list of moments where a person decides, and the same answer works on the laptop or on the phone. That is what lets an assistant do almost anything on a laptop of its own and still never surprise the person it works for.
