PrimeX MetaNova can sit in Aman's Google Meet calls for him. It joins as its own guest, keeps quiet, answers when someone calls it by name, and writes the notes afterwards. Since 28 October 2026 the action items from those notes also wait on his Tasks page.
Two ways to bring Nova in
Aman sends a meeting link on Telegram, in Nova Desktop or by voice: "Nova, join this meeting." Nova asks to join as its own participant and waits to be let in.
The second way needs no link. On Home, in the laptop window, the Up next card has a switch: Nova takes notes. Switched on for a Google Meet on Aman's own calendar, it makes Nova join that meeting at its start, by itself.
Note: the plan is kept in memory only. If Nova restarts before the meeting, it forgets the plan, and the card says so instead of pretending.
It joins in silence
Since 24 October 2026 Nova joins without a word: no introduction and no line about taking notes. People see an animated Nova on its tile, a visor with two star eyes inside the dashboard's rings, after a short arrival animation. Aman tells the guests himself that Nova takes the notes.
It answers when called
Anyone can say "Nova, ..." and get a spoken answer. Nova waits for a pause before it talks, and it stops if someone talks over it. It answers when someone says its name to it, never when people talk about it. Even when the captions misspell its name, Nova hears its name in the meeting's own sound.
When Aman and Nova are the only two in the call, Nova talks more freely, as it does on the laptop.
Voice, not display name
Anyone can rename themselves "Aman", so the name on a tile is never proof. Nova acts on a request only when the voice is really his. Guests can ask questions and get answers, but they cannot make Nova do things.

When Nova is not sure the voice is his, it says nothing in the meeting. Aman gets a Meeting check on Telegram with the exact words and two buttons. One tap on Yes, and Nova answers in the meeting.

Notes written on the laptop
After the call, Nova writes full notes on the laptop from the meeting's own sound, with the captions as a second record. The sound never goes to an outside service, and it is deleted once the notes are written. A summary lands on Telegram, where Aman can reply "do point 2".
Meeting tasks wait for his Keep
The same short run that writes the summary also lists the action items. They wait as one group on the Tasks page, under Needs you: from your meetings. Aman keeps, edits or drops each one. A kept item becomes a task for him, a task for someone on his team, or a suggestion for Nova that waits for his Start.
Live now: nothing from a meeting becomes a task without his Keep, and Telegram gets one line per meeting to say the items are waiting.
What this means for you
A good note-taker is quiet, accurate and careful about who it listens to. Nova joins in silence, keeps the sound on the laptop, and turns a call into a short list that Aman decides on. Guests can ask. Only Aman can command.
